Get out and Shoot!
These images are from a homework assignment where we were tasked with going out into nature and photographing images that follow the principals of design. This design was very challenging for me, not because of the concept, but due to finding the time to get outside and shoot. These images were taken from a variety of shoots, with some being from Bowl and Pitcher in Spokane, the Fish Lake trail out in Cheney, and the Palouse highway by Rockford, ID. When it comes to understanding the principals of design, I am very fortunate to have grown up with a mother who is a true artist. From a young age I was taught things like color harmony, patterns, designs, and more. I'm so grateful that my mom took the time to teach me these things when I was a child so they are engrained in my mind. I think I really need to try to carve out more time to go out and shoot because I really enjoy just being in nature with a camera.
With Love,
Hana
